Artwork Submission Guidelines

Logo/design text requirements: 

  • Vector-based art (mathematically based graphics-contain crisp, smooth lines that retain sharpness and proportions when enlarged/edited) .eps or .pdf file all fonts must be outlined (identify names of fonts used)

  • CMYK or PMS colors 

  • 5MG or smaller

Image requirements: 

  • Vector or raster-based art (Raster-based art is pixel-based/resolution specific—the image loses sharpness/clarity when enlarged and detail when reduced) 

  • .jpg /.eps /.pdf file minimum 300ppi/dpi resolution if text is included in a raster-based image, you MUST identify names of fonts used CMYK or PMS colors 

  • 4 GB or smaller (when using this online FTP service; for emailed submissions, please limit file size to no more than 5 MB)

  • Save your files as your company/customer name and a descriptive word, ex: EddieEdwardsLogo.eps  or  EddieEdwardsArt.jpg 

Graphic file submissions that do not meet these specifications may require extra art time and result in added cost to your project.

NOTE:  DO NOT HIT THE “BACK” OR “REFRESH” BUTTON ON YOUR BROWSER WHILE YOUR UPLOAD IS IN PROGRESS.  DOING SO MAY PREVENT YOUR UPLOAD FROM COMPLETING. 

Please note that once files are uploaded, they cannot be removed.  Once we receive your artwork file, we will begin processing it with our production department. If you upload a file in error or realize that you need to send us a replacement file, please do so as soon as possible. To send a replacement file, upload the corrected file and note it as a replacement to a previously uploaded file in the pop-up description box that will appear during the upload.
