Position: Operations Manager

About the role:

As the Operations Manager at Eddie Edwards Signs, you will be responsible to the timely, successful and profitable completion manufacturing, installation and service projects.  You will the lead the team responsible for planning, resource optimization and execution in additional to ensuring a high-level commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the estimating, design, production planning, purchasing, production, service and installation teams in conjunction with the production and installation supervisors as well as the executive team.

Develop and implement work flow process throughout the operation team.

Develop team members including training and hiring personnel as required by company goals and needs.

Oversee fleet and facility maintenance.

Oversee EES safety program.

Implement goals and SOP for operational team.

Oversee project budget goals and objectives.
